India is known for its rich heritage, culture, and its architecture. With thousands of years of rich history, India is blessed to have many beautiful and historically important monuments spread all over. We present this coaster set illustrating few of these Indian gems in all their glory. A) The Victoria Memorial, a huge monument made of white marble located in the heart of Kolkata. E) The Gateway of India, with its regal arches, stands guard facing the Arabian Sea at Apollo Bunder in bustling Colaba area of Mumbai. The most popular tourist attraction, it is the unofficial icon of the city of Mumbai, and is a reminder of its rich colonial history. F) The India Gate is located at the India’s capital city, New Delhi. It is a war memorial dedicated to honor the soldiers of the Undivided Indian Army who died during World War I. The names of individual Indian soldiers—more than 13,000 of them, are inscribed in smaller letters on the monument.
