At UCOOK, we keep innovating our products using customer feedbacks and as a result, we have introduced a Quick Pressure Release system in this cooker. This feature allows the user to release the extra steam by sliding the QPR device fitted on the lid handle, rather than using conventional method such as a spoon or kalchi, which may lead to steam burns. This is ideal for preparing khichdi, porridge, lentils and mashed veggies. You can safely use this pressure cooker for your daily cooking needs. To get best results and for safety purpose, maintain total (food and water) maximum level up to 350 ml.
