Ayurveda recommends a simple, practical and effective method of drinking water holistically - drinking water from a copper pot. To make copper, pour water into the copper pot and leave it overnight. Drink it as soon as you get up in the morning. You can also use your copper cup to drink water anytime. It is recommended to drink the water at room temperature. The copper container should not be stored in the refrigerator. Of course, copper darkens over time. The copper container and must be cleaned from time to time.
