Art allows children to develop their creativity, which will be useful throughout their lives. Doing something creative allows them to express themselves freely, which helps the children cope with their emotions. It also promotes mental development in children by allowing them to try out new ideas, ways of thinking, and problem-solving techniques. Children learn about shapes and how they fit together through mosaic art. They are introduced to patterns and have the opportunity to practise their fine motor skills as well as their imagination and decision-making abilities.
