This Book: The Concept What does it mean to be in-powered? In simple terms, it means to be powered from within. To make the shift from operating outside-in to inside-out. This enables you to create a life fueled by passion and purpose joyfully. You build and operate from an internal empire that can better withstand the tests of time. It means to get yourself to a place where no matter what happens, you know you’ll figure out how to make the best of it. Not just because you believe in optimism but because you’ve consciously invested in and built the character and competency that allows you to function effectively in the world while being true to yourself. An in-powered individual is more equipped to deal with life as it happens.
