Exam 1975, Joined The Central Secretariat, Delhi In 1977 And Superannuated As The Joint Registrar General, India, Census Dept, Ministry Of Home, Govt. Of India. While In Harness, All Along He Was An Activist In Marxist Movement In Calcutta Till The Shock Of Marich Jhapi Massacre By The Jyoti Basu Government In W. Bengal In 1978. He Had Started Ambedkarite Movement In Delhi, Donated The Portraits Of Dr. Ambedkar In The Library And In The Central Hall Of The Parliament House. In Pursuance Of His Demand In The Parliament (Central Hall Speech) Dr. Ambedkar Was Conferred With Bharat Ratna Posthumously In 1991.
