This year will be different, as Mrs. Bear plans to wake up early, in the middle of wintry February, to share this special day with Mr. Bear. She makes a Valentine's Day sign, writes romantic poems, unearths a gift of a pot of summer honey she buried in the fall for safekeeping, and freshens up in the icy pond.
