This variety of cauliflower is purple in color and has a soft head surrounded by green leaves. The heads and stems of purple (Pink) Cauliflower are fully edible; they can be added to soups, salads, or cooked as a vegetable, it tastes good. Purple cauliflower gives a stunning look to your garden, is just like white cauliflower, and has a mild, sweet, and nutty flavor but purple cauliflower is higher in antioxidants than white cauliflower. Cauliflower is also known as Phool Gobhi, which contains a good amount of nutrition. *Sowing season: Throughout the year (The best time is January-February and September to November).*Mode of sowing: Sow the seeds 0.5 inches deep in a seedling tray, or Container/ Pot.
