When trying to make an honest and earnest living is just not good enough to a ruthless world that has people who would just kill you if you got in their way, you might as well become a bad man yourself. Directed by Subhash Ghai and starring Dilip Kumar, Shammi Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt, Vidhaata is a dramatic family-action flick that revolves around an engine driver who resides with his son, a cop, and his daughter-in-law. When his son is murdered by a local smuggler for non-cooperation, the protagonist takes to a life of evil and becomes a powerful and wealthy criminal so that he can provide for his grandson.
