VSC 18 French (Fr) SPC (suprapubic catheter) trocar is a specialized medical device used for the placement of a catheter directly into the bladder through a small incision made above the pubic bone. The French sizing system is used to indicate the diameter of the catheter, with 18 Fr being equivalent to 6 mm in diameter. This size is considered standard for adult patients who require long-term bladder drainage.
