Rosemary’s life is very different from any other person’s. You’re probably thinking this couldn’t get more cliché, but read this book and you’ll say it too. Summary of the Book To many of us, the story of our lives will always seem unique as compared to that of another. Rosemary’s is one such unique story that talks about her unconventional family. The college going girl has decided that she is not going to talk to anyone about her family. Her sister and brother are not a part of her life today making her an only child. Her sister, Fern, and her were of the same age and had the most bizarre relationship. It was her parent’s decision to give her a sister that changed her entire life and meaning of it. Who would’ve thought that they were going to have a chimp as a sister? Of course, people would think Fern was just a pet, but only Rosemary knew that the relationship was much more than that. This hilarious story with its looping narratives is going to make you think differently and have you hooked.
