The kidney beans (Rajma) basically originated in Latin American countries. It is believed that the Portuguese brought it to Asia. We adapted the Mexican tradition of soaking and boiling these beans and then adding spices and vegetables according to our preferred taste. Did you know soaking the beans overnight destroys a toxin called lectin, which reduces the chance of diarrhoea. WeGrow Naturally brings you a series of hand-milled, unpolished pulses that do not undergo any artificial polishing with water, oil or leather.
