U-Drain is very comfortable to use, being a sheath made of soft, comfortable rubber that provides a snug fit without constriction. It is flexible enough to accommodate changes in groin size during use. It provides an individual adhesive strip with every catheter, thereby eliminating the need to reuse foam tape with multiple catheters.
