This book stresses on the importance of nutritional medicine. Every doctor must advise their patients to take medicines that will protect their health along with the medication given for an illness. Strand Dr. Ray Strand has been part of a family practice for more than 30 years and has been focusing on nutritional medicine. He trained at the University of Colorado Medical School, but received no training on nutritional supplementation. He soon realized the benefits of nutritional supplements and incorporated them in his daily practice.
