Dosa and Idli are two famous delicacies from South India and is a wholesome meal that keeps you full without adding any unhealthy calories. HOW TO MAKE: Take a cup of Dosa/Idli mix, add 2 tablespoons of beaten curd and mix the batter well. To prepare a Dosa, add water to the batter so that it is of running consistency. For Idlis, the water needs to be added so that the batter is of pouring (not of running consistency) i.e. slightly thick. Mix it well and keep the batter aside for 10- 15 minutes. Add a sachet or 1/2 spoon of ENO to the mixture. Mix it well with a spoon moving it in only one direction. Keep it aside again two minutes.
