The title of the book, 'Where Have All The Young Men Gone' depicts the sacrifices of the young men of all armies and nations who have laid down their lives for the honour, sovereignty and territorial integrity of their motherland. In death on battlefield, there is no friend or foe - all are martyrs destined to reach Heaven in a glorious blaring of celestial trumpets. All are buried with military honours on the battlefield, no matter to which army they belong or which religious faith they had professed in life.
