Why I Am An Atheist and Other Letters was written by Indian revolutionary Bhagat Singh, in 1930, in Lahore Central Jail. These writings were a reply to his religious friends who were of the opinion that Bhagat Singh became an atheist because of his vanity.Bhagat Singh (September 1907 – 23 March, 1931) was a charismatic Indian revolutionary.
