Jane Austen is a famous English novelist. In her novels, she describes about the condition of women. In the present book detail analysis has been made about the women characters as found in her novels. Swagatika Sahu is a lecturer in English. She is from Balangir, Odisha, India. She has done her graduation in English from Govt. Women's College, Balangir, and post-graduation in the same subject (English) from Rajendra University, Balangir. Currently, she is teaching English at Govt. Polytechnic College, Balangir. Since childhood, she is passionate about literature. She loves to read books. She got her inspiration from renowned writers like Shakespeare, Fyodor Dostoevsky, T.S. Eliot, John Keats and Jane Austen.
