He has specialised in various areas such as sociology, law, social work, leadership, creative writing, human rights, environment, disaster management, human resources, mass communication, cyber laws, intellectual property rights etc. He is also visiting fellow, advisor and member in several prestigious institutions. He has published many articles both in national and international magazines of repute and leading newspapers. He holds important positions in government, viz member, maintenance (Tribunal-maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act 2007), Member (Child Welfare Committee, Government of NCT, Delhi-A bench of Magistrates constituted under section 29 of Juvenile Justice), Deputy Chief Warden (Civil Defence Crops, Delhi) and as director in many institutions and private bodies. He is the founder director and Professor of the Ramaswamy IAS Academy popularly known as HAS.
