The Twenty-first century should be a century of peace, friendship and progress. People of the world should be assured of safety, justice, food security, and a robust peace environment with human rights. The world now faces a number of challenges such as: development, terrorism, peace building, peace keeping and peacemaking, responsibility to protect the common man, human rights, democracy and rule of law. There is a need for management reform, protection of environment, overcoming health hazards, and humanitarian assistance. Hence, there is a need for updating the UN charter. This volume is an attempt to request the world leaders to act as the PEACEMAKERS of the world and it is possible.
