Information retrieval was never so busy as is today. The users may get all types of information in minutes through internet on their computers, laptops etc. At this junction when printed materials specially bibliographies are yielding ground to digital sources, I am fortunate to write the preface for third version of my earlier book Indian Music Literature published in 1991.
