It gives me great pleasure to present to you the first edition of Yoga Education Textbook. This book is not written from the point of view of an author but from the point of view of the learners. This text book has been prepared in a very simple and interesting way for the student teachers of B.Ed (2nd semester) according to the new syllabus of University of Jammu. Every effort has been made to make this text book simple, interesting and informative for the students. This text book can also prove useful as a reference book for students studying in other colleges and universities.
