? Blue and Golden metallic balloons are 10" in size and golden confetti balloon is 10" in size. These balloons are inflatable with manual and electric balloon pump. We can fill gas, helium and air to blow these balloon and it can only float in the air when filled with helium. Use the balloon garland tape and glue dot to make the balloon garland as shown in picture. Kindly refer to any you tube video for how to make balloon garland.
