CONTENT OF AMRUTDHARA-
Peppermint phool / pudina ark / mentho crystals – 10GM,
Ajwain phool /owa phool / thymol - 10GM,
Bhimseni kapoor / camphor - 10GM.
METHOD OF PREPARATION OF AMRUTDHARA:-
1) TAKE AIR TIGHT GLASS BOTTLE CLEAN IT WITH HOT WATER AND DRY IT.
2) TAKE ALL THESE 3 INGREDIENTS AVAILABLE IN SOLID FORM IN EQUAL PROPORTION.
3) PUT IT INTO BOTTLE CLOSE IT TIGHTLY JUST MIX AND KEEP IT FOR A WHILE. IT AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES LIQUID.
•Camphor (Kapoor) warms the stomach, stimulates secretion, increases peristalsis, and expels flatus.
•Ajowan (Ajwain Tel) is a very useful herb used in relieving indigestion flatulence, and spasmodic disorders.
•Mint (Pudina) extracts have excellent carminative and digestive properties.
1.For headache, pains in joints
2.For cuts, wounds, & insects bites & toothache. 3.For Cold, coughs and tonsillitis.

Most commonly amritdhara works excellent on any kind of pain , inflammation.
You can apply directly or you can mix it with any masssge oil for local application on joints , muscles etc. thus helps in relieving muscles and joint aches.
It relieves abdominal gases , bloating ,abdominal pain due to gases . for this just add 4-5 drops of amritdhara to half a glass of water and drink it.
Works good on krumi dant means if a cotton soaked in amrit dhaara is kept over affected tooth then the pain and swelling decreases.
It can be wonderfully used as inhalant drug for cough,cold,headaches sinus pain, motion sickness etc.
