HOW TO USE: Wash menstrual cup, intimate skin parts and hands with everteen natural intimate wash and rinse thoroughly. Sit in a relaxed squatting position. Fold menstrual cup by punching down its circumference and insert this open side. Push the cup at about 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone. Then release to pop it open once inside.
