Our A2 Desi Ghee is made using traditional bilona method,
which involves churning curd into butter to provide maximum nutrition,
health, and purity. The nutritional content of A2 bilona Ghee is higher
than that of other varieties. This is because it has more vitamins,
antioxidants, fatty acid DHA, fatty acids (CLA), and
monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA).
Our
is cruelty-free and is only made after calves have received their share
of milk first. Our cows graze freely on natural fodder, and no hormones
are injected to increase their milk production.

Note -The aroma, flavour and colour of
may vary from batch to batch as it's prepared in small batches using a
completely natural process. Hence, they are no chemical processing
involved for standardisation purposes. Moreover, cow fodder changes
frequently depending on climatic conditions. This results in a property
change of the milk and its byproduct - Ghee. The nutrient profile,
however, stays the same.
