Alerting the reader to ego and what the mind is trying to tell the body, this book grants readers the power of introspection allowing them a few minutes of vital relaxation. 25 Ways To Improve Your Life includes pointers such as smiling more, being more enthusiastic and generous with praise, meditation, effective communication, praying, and planning for short and long-term goals.
