The first volume giving details of "The Making of Swami Vivekananda" in first part, while second volume is cover entire second part & part of third part and it is about "Swami Vivekananda's Mission in the West" and the last volume "Swami Vivekananda in India including an Account of his Second mission in the West" giving details idea about life & work of Swami Vivekananda.Prof. S.N.Dhar, the author of this biography was Head of the Department of History in Holkar College, Indore. He has published many monographs on subjects of historical and cultural interst. He has, besides been a devoted students of the life, times and works of Swamiji.In the light of the New Discoveries made in the details of Swamiji''s life both at home and abroad, it was necessary to upgrade the work so that its usefulness to the reading public is enhanced considerably. Inspite of his advancing years and indisposition Professor Dhar took upon himself this Tapasya with the result that the upgraded volumes have been able to retain their comprehensiveness and consequently their unique place among the publications on Swamiji's life.
