The charming town of Rochefort, nestled along the Charente River in France, left a deep mark on me—not just for its beauty, but for the life-changing experiences it offered during our Airbus training. It was there that the idea for this book took shape. This journey wouldn’t have happened without Goncalo, our mentor, whose guidance and support inspired the very title—“A Man Taller Than the Eiffel Tower.” His impact went far beyond instruction, becoming the emotional backbone of this story. I was also fortunate to share this time with Akshay and Pranav, whose companionship and spontaneous travels across Europe added humor and unforgettable moments to the narrative.
