The blade is made from surgical (AISI 420) Stainless Steel for long lasting edge retention and superior knife performance. The edge grinding is performed on specialist import machinary employing the latest most effecient cold grinding techniques. The knife handle is made from food grade polypropylene with the outer over moulded using high quality imported thermplast elastomer for excellent grip and comfort in use.
