The Amazing Spider-Man battles the sinister Sandman in this fourth volume of action-packed comics from Marvel Comics. Summary of the Book Peter Parker has a lot on his mind. He’s still trying to manage his two lives, one as a loyal and respectful nephew who’s trying to keep his grades high and manage a second job photographing a known vigilante, the other job isn’t quite as simple. The Daily Bugle has no idea that Pete is selling them selfies, of a sort. He’s photographing the Amazing Spider-Man in action, and what no one else knows is that he is the Spider-Man. What J. J. Jameson won’t do to learn that his own employee is the vigilante he’s portraying as a good-for-nothing villain. To make matters worse, Peter is struggling with his emotions for the girl he likes, and trying to juggle his social life with his crime-fighting activities. When a man who can transform into sand begins to wreak havoc in Midtown High, Pete has to risk everything, including his carefully guarded secret to save the school and the girl he loves. After all, he has no choice. He has great power, and with it, he has inherited a great responsibility.
