Kalbhat or black husk rice is native variety of rice obtained from foothills of sahyadri. This rice is handpounded and retains its all nutrients due traditionally grown method. It is highly aromatic and cooks medium sticky, has nutty flavour. Goes well with dal, curry, sushi, dosa, idli, etc.
