Vedas have an important place in Indian culture. Generally, the meaning of Vedas is taken from Rik, Yajush, Sama and Atharva, but apart from the mantra part of Vedas, their interpretations- texts Brahmins, Aranyakas and Upanishads are also considered under Vedic literature. In addition to these, Vedangas were also created to explain the meaning of Vedas, in which Kalpasutras have immense importance from many points of view like ancient Indian society, civilization-culture, spirituality and philosophical thought etc. It throws light on the then religious, social and historical situation. Under these texts, instructions have been given for the methods to be used in the rituals related to Yagya. The law of Yagya-Yagadi in Brahmin-books was at its maturity. Being very detailed, the need was felt to organize it systematically. Therefore, according to the era, these texts were composed in the formative style.
