Mint is a perennial herb with very fragrant, toothed leaves and tiny purple, pink, or white flowers. There are many varieties of mint. Mentha is a genus of plants in the family Lamiaceae. The exact distinction between species is unclear; it is estimated that 13 to 24 species exist. Hybridization occurs naturally where some species' ranges overlap. Many hybrids and cultivars are known. Mint species (Mentha spp.) are very hardy perennials that are simple to identify not just because of their fresh and spicy scent. They tend to grow best when they are planted in average, moist and well-drained soil, will tolerate sandy soil, loamy soil, clay soil and moist soil. Now open the seed packet on a white sheet of paper as while opening the seeds might fall, which are not visible to naked eyes. After preparing the soil, insert the seeds into the prepared to half (0.5) inch of depth. Spraying the water timely the seedlings will be ready for transplanting. Add urea to the soil for removal of insects and make soil clean and fresh for Home garden and also mix soil with coco peat and Vermi compost for better result in growing plant. DO's: Put seeds 0.5 inch depth inside the soil and add water or spray slowly and timely such that seeds does not come out the soil. can be use all Season, If you using Vermi Composit and Coco peat then result are Good. Dont's: Seeds should not to keep more than 1 inch inside the soil.
