This book, on “Basic Concepts in Enzymology " covers most of the essential aspects of basic enzymology to be learned at undergraduate level. In this book almost all the topics in classical as well as modern enzymology are covered to have a holistic understanding of enzymology but at a limited level so that it would fit into most of the syllabi of undergraduate courses in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Agricultural Biotechnology, etc., of most of the Colleges and Universities in India. Most importantly, all the topics of the UGC syllabus in their Model curriculum are covered in this book.
