This is a collection of poems, all carved from the poets own life experiences and vibrant with the shades of pain and sorrow that more often than not add flavour to life. These poem aim to offer some catharsis to the ones to are suffering and paint a picture of the struggles of trauma for those who do not understand, in an attempt to create more empathy for the ones fighting the war of survival everyday. From depression and anxiety to patriarchy and parental trauma, a plethora of experiences are addressed in this collection of poems. While the poems start of on a note of hopelessness, towards the end of the collection one finds a ray of hope.
