Thriphala is the combination of three myrobilans named Usira (Amla), Karaka(Khirata), Thani (Bibithaki). It is one of few ayurvedic medicines which can treat all Vata, Pita & Kapha elements of a body. It can be used for Constipation, Dental issues, Fat loss, Inflammation, regulating blood levels etc. How to use: Take 5 to 10 grams of powder with butter milk or water, twice a day or as directed by physician.
