How to prepare the Kadha: 1.Add 1 tbs of Bliss of Earth Ayush Kwath in two cups of water 2. Boil it unitl one cup of decoction remains. 3. Filter it sip it like hot tea. 4. Add Bliss of Earth Stevia Leaves, powder or liquid to enhance taste. 5. For best results drink 1 cup of kadha twice daily.
