Through this book I am presenting an illustrated list of medicinal plants used in the treatment of cancer, the chemistry of anticancer compounds found in these plants and their physiological effects. The use of biotechnological techniques in improving the production of anticancer compounds in these plants is also given. The book is very well illustrated giving the details of cancer, its causes, its genetics etc. Special emphasis is given to plants used in the prevention of cancer especially in Ayurveda.
