Cat Among Pigeons is the 32nd murder mystery novel by Agatha Christie to feature Hercule Poirot. Summary of the Book When an unpopular games mistress is found dead, shot through the heart at point blank range, on the sports pavilion, the school is thrown into chaos. This begins a series of murders, targeting the staff members of the prestigious girl’s school. Hercule Poirot immediately receives a curious call from a school girl who believes that she is going to be the next target of the murderer, a felon strangely named the “cat”.
