The origin of this book goes back to the inescapable bitter truths that life presents before an individual irrespective of his wishes. There are innumerable cases where individuals find their life’s journey very turbulent due to unexpected outcomes they probably never imagined or anticipated. The reason behind this human tragedy is his Karma or actions which he is habitually performing instinctively as per the dictates of his unconscious mind. This is precisely the life an individual leads like a slave under the directions of his unconscious mind. We must realise the fact that any Karma or action of ours acts as a cause and in turn creates an effect / reaction. Then this very effect / reaction stimuluses us to do another Karma or action resulting in another effect / reaction and this process goes on relentlessly inflicting on an individual the bondage of cyclical existence. To ameliorate this situation, one must investigate the intricacies and tenacious character of Karma; also, how to overcome the vicious cyclical existence. To alleviate ourselves from the clutches of Karma to live life performing Karma consciously, and cleansing the five elements of body viz. air, water, earth, fire and akasha or space through yogic accomplishment have been described in the book.
