It will save their precious time by providing all the essential information.Satinder Sharma (b.1940) Ex-Senior Librarian Kendriya Vidayala Sangathan, New Delhi. Obtained three Master’s degrees in Political Science, History and Library & Information Science. He specialises in Gandhian Studies, Worked in Delhi Public Library, Nehru Memorial Museum & Library and as a Senior Librarian in Government College for Women, Rohtak and has been in the profession since 1965-2000. He has following books to his credit (i) Contemporary Approach to School Library (1982), (ii) Rajiv Gandhi - An Annotated Bibliography (1983), (iii) Health science Publications from India - A Guide 1947 - 1982 with Supplement 1983-84 (1985), (iv) Encyclopaedia of sports (1999) and Encycloaedia of women in Sports (2001). He was Coordinator of National Literacy Mission (NLM), under ‘Each One Teach One’ programme. He was Resource person in the inservice course of Northern India/School Librarian in 1997 at KV, AGCR, Delhi. (i) Lion’s Club International honoured him with “Best Librarian Award”, (ii) KVS honoured him with incentive Award 1999 on the Teacher’s Day. He is a Life member of Indian Library Association and Indian Society of Authors. He has also attended many workshops, Seminars, Symposium and Confrences.Indra Sharma (b. 1946) B.Ed, M.A. in history from Punjab University in 1970. B.Lib. Sc. from Punjab University in 1975 in First Division. M.Lib Sc. from Vikram University, Ujjain in 1985. She also did NISSAT-INSDOC Training Course on Computer Application to Library and Information Activities conducted by INSDOC.She worked in NASSDOC 1975 to 1976, served Maitreyi College from 21st April 1977 to 15 January 1978, as Professional Assistant.Since 1978 working in Delhi University Library System as Professional Assistant. Her published works are (i) Associate editor of “Rajiv Gandhi- An Annotated Bibliography (1983) (ii) Associate compiler “Health Sciences Publications from IndiaA Guide 1947 1982 with Supplement 1983-84 (1985) (iii) Joint editor “Encyclopedia of Sports (1999). Attended many symposia, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, and in Life member of Indian Library association.
