The stories in this book are all true. Many are dreams of loved ones who returned to the dreamer days, months, or even years after death. Alex Lukeman stresses the fact that while some dreams of the departed are psychological in nature, there are also such things as true dreams of return. In these, a sense of completion and deep connection is always present.
