This book is about how ELT courses are developed, designed, and taught. It aims to make the topic of ELT in New Normal as accessible as possible to a wide audience of teachers and prospective teachers and to show how ideas about language teaching and learning in the previous literature can be related to practice. The book describes the considerations ELT teachers and researchers take into account in their work. It introduces the reader to many major aspects of ELT practices (analyzing needs, probing special teaching strategies, and determining the prospectus). The work presents case studies and discusses them in relation to specific teachers' and learners’ issues, and considerations in ELT.
