About Nandini Vaidyanathan Nandini Vaidyanathan has been teaching entrepreneurship for over 6 years. A travelling teacher, she has taught students all over the world. Vaidyanathan is the founder of Startups, which she started to mentor entrepreneurs. She also teaches at various prominent business schools like Princeton, National University of Singapore, London School of Economics, IIM, and ISB. She founded Creating Access to Resources and Markets or CARMa, in 2010, for guiding aspiring Indian entrepreneurs. Through CARMa, she has also been mentoring women in countries like India, Afghanistan, in the African continent, and encouraging them to turn their sources of livelihood into profitable business opportunities.  Vaidyanathan has mentored more than 600 entrepreneurs. These include people from various fields including chilly manufacturers, chikki manufacturers, restaurant owners, bakers, board game creators, apparel manufacturers, and many others.
