In my experience of working with entrepreneurs on various aspects, I found that while they were quick to visualise the implications of financial decisions on the profits of their business firms, it was my opinion that a deeper understanding of the basic financial concepts would make them more proficient in financial management of their business firms. This prompted me to write this book to help those entrepreneurs who would like to gain an understanding of the basic financial concepts. This book discusses all the basic financial concepts in as simple a manner as possible. It will be useful not only for entrepreneurs but also to anyone else interested in learning the basics of finance.
