This generation has lots of highly talented youngsters who have the passion and skills to be entrepreneurs. They are technically proficient and have the ability to work hard and take calculated risks. This is driving the start-up ecosystem in a big way. Along with all the credentials, understanding finance also plays a very vital role in the success of an entrepreneur. This book is an attempt to explain basic concepts in the fields of accounts and finance for a preliminary understanding of those entrepreneurs who don’t have an idea on the subject. We tried to explain topics in a simple manner without getting into too many specifics, in the form of dialogues. This book is the result of love and motivation from all our students, friends, well-wishers, relatives, and last but not least our children and parents.
