About The Author: Suchintya Bhattacharyya agandhi" Title="indiragandhi">Indira Gandhi Bhattacharyya is Reader in the Department of Political Science, M.B.B. College, Government of Tripura, Agartala. From his boyhood, Dr. Bhattacharyya lived and grown up with the tribals of Tripura and had gone through their life and activities all these years.
