Dr. Arvind M. Nawale (b. 29th November 1971), is Head, Department of English, Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Udgir, Maharashtra. He has been teaching English language and literature since 1995. He is university recognized Research Supervisor and also on the panel of external referee of a few universities. He has presented a number of research papers and chaired several national and international seminars and world conferences. Dr. Amrendra K. Sharma (b.31th Dec. 1954), is Assistant Professor, Department of Languages and Translation, Dhofar University, Salalah, Oman. He has a wide teaching experience of about three decades in India and abroad. At present, he is teaching Linguistics, ELT and Advanced Writing. He published a book entitled Teaching and Testing Grammar and a large number of papers in the areas of ELT, Linguistics and Indian writings in English.
