He Worked For Link Weekly And Patriot Daily Of Three Decades In Various Capacities And Rose To Become The Chief Editor. He Was Awarded The Jawaharlal Nehru Peace Prize For His Book India And The Socialist World In 1984. At Present, He Is Vice-President Of The International Institute For Aria Pacific Studies, New Delhi. He Has Authored And Edited Over Three Dozen Books And Written A Large Number Of Articles.
